Good location, was clean but they should get a new bed. It had a giant hole on one side so one of us slept horrible. The rest was fine for one night

Great place for your money. The owner was very polite and helped all the time: he gave advice on where to go, which bus to take. The beach was very close to our house. There was also a store and all sorts of places to eat nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is picturesque. The area near the guest house was safe, there was security

The appartment really pleasantly surprised us, it was huge, with kitchen, big swimming pool, a lot of greenery, free parking and breakfast. I is right on the beach (which is perhaps not so much for swimming, but it does add that morning sunrise view.

I had booked a room and was looking for something closer to the beach was offered the help since before I got there by Kelly she was exceptionally awesome and the bus boy Kevin was amazing he made our stay even ever we didn't want to leave!Everyone was so nice with kindly manners and kept the place looking nice and sharp.Will be back soon and we will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cancun!!

There’s a 24 hour check in which is what we needed as we arrived at 5:30 in the morning. quick easy check in, nice hot shower and plenty of space.
