The staff is really helpful and nice, we felt well welcomed!
The room was amazing - very comfortable bed, nice big TV, hot water, great AC++!
Rooftop pool was clean and nice, really enjoyed it early in the morning and at night.
Emplacement is amazing, next to Paseo Montejo and still easily walkable to the Plaza Grande. Our favorite coffee shop was just 5min away (Soco) and other great options too.
Would go again without hesitation. There was not a ton of guests which made it extra relaxing

Staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The hotel offers free bikes that you can rent to get around the city. Also, it is located just next to Mérida's most famous strip - Paseo Montejo - which hosts beautiful restaurants and cafes. The design and detail of the hotel are absolutely incredible!

Staying at this hotel feels like stepping in a privileged environment, with a great courtyard and very nice rooms. The staff is very competent and helpful, friendly and engaging with guests. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice of food and top fruit offering. Would not mind staying there for a few more days.

A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.
