We absolutely loved our stay at this casa. The room was cozy and very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Additionally the breakfast was just amazing: every day we received a fruit bowl, pan dulce and an amazing plate of scrambled eggs (different style each day!). I cannot recommend this place enough!

The breakfast was delicious and always served. The servers are marvellous . The location was so relaxing - lovely to watch the birds in the gorgeous bird bath . The staff throughout the Casa Azul were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Staying at this hotel feels like stepping in a privileged environment, with a great courtyard and very nice rooms. The staff is very competent and helpful, friendly and engaging with guests. A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
