nice and calm place. everything was really clean. fully equiped kichen. clean pool, good terrace, we really enjoyed breakfast there! really good place to stay. big space in room, bathroom and bedroom. good enough wifi.

This place - and Rafa, the owner - made our stay in Tulum feel truly unique and authentic. We absolutely loved the La Veleta neighborhood. It’s more private than the hotel zone, yet still full of life, with great local spots nearby and much more affordable prices. You enter the property through a beautiful shared garden, surrounded by apartments and a stunning wooden structure that gives everything a warm, safe, welcoming vibe. Rafa felt more like a host than just an owner. He gave us amazing tips, always checked in on how we were doing, and genuinely cared about our experience. Every recommendation we followed turned out to be spot on. Our only regret? We stayed too few days! But we’ll definitely be back to finish our list of things to do - in a place that already feels like home.

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights and talk about an absolute oasis. It is a hotel of only 9 rooms so it's lovely and quiet. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms and facilities are finished to such a high standard. Housekeeping do an amazing job at keeping it very clean. They did not change sheets and towels every day which we actually appreciated for environmental reasons but it felt like they did as the room was freshened and cleaned so well every day. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and organising a scooter rental for us which was dropped off and collected from the hotel. Couldn't have been easier! The place directly across the road does amazing breakfast ☺️

It was fantastic. Its a Hidden gem with everything you Need. Beautiful Garden with a small but nice Pool. As Well they have a Italien Restaurant in the Hotel with extremely nice and fresh food. Also the breakfast is amazing.the Location ist Just perfect, we could Park our Car right opposite of the Hotel and its also Just a 10 minutes Walk to the Center of tulum. With the Car we could reach all beaches easily. The entire staff was very Professional and friendly, including the owners. We will come Back for sure. If you want to get some real mexican Atmosphere, you should book there and Not in the big Resorts. Thanks to the entire Team.

I’m very big on looking at reviews before staying at a Airbnb/hotel or resort. I must say that Namas was one of the absolute Best places I’ve stayed while traveling. The way the pictures look online are exactly what you’ll see in person. This property is gorgeous, everything is stunning including the pool☺️. It’s literally brand new and well kept, from cleanliness to decor I have to rate this place 10/10. Namas was soo peaceful, we will definitely return to stay again. I can’t forge about the awesome hospitality we received from staff, the receptionist was soo sweet & went above & beyond to help with all of our needs. If you’re ever in Tulum, choose Namas you will not be disappointed!
