We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect in every way. It’s a family-run business and the hosts were simply amazing—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They helped us immediately with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop terrace—definitely a highlight! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Free drinking water is another big plus! We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Highly recommended—would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at little Gem. The room was really spacious and clean and we enjoyed having the balcony as well. It is situated quite close to a nice street with restaurants and cafes in the la veleda area of Tulum. It only took us 5-10 minutes to walk there. The staff was so nice and and helpful and the kids were thrilled at the towel animals made up every day by the cleaners. We were a little worried about arriving late by car because others had written about the poor road but it is actually no problem as it is only the very last 5 meters or so that are unpaved with big potholes. We could park right outside the hotel.

Wow! What an oasis in the jungle, perfectly decorated and designed till the last detail. We had everything we need for our week stay in Tulum. Perfectly clean rooms, cleaned every day. Fresh water was refilled frequently in the apartment. Since it’s really hot in Tulum, you can find great refreshment in pool and ac equipped rooms. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back!

The host was really lovely and friendly, she organised bikes for us to hire and there is yoga on the roof top ( for additional charge) the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The property was beautiful, the surrounding were quiet and chill. We loved the space that we had. The location was good enough, we have a small child so we did most of it by car but you could easily walk to the main street and see plenty of restaurant options. The owner was very helpful and whatsapp contact was easy.
