Carlos is a great good guy!!! The mom too! They helped me a lot!! Cheapest in town! I could check in as soon it was possible, they keep the bags for you. Nice furnished kitchen available for everyone. Nice living room you feel like going back home! Nice little rooms but with comfortable beds, blankets, clean sheets and a locker to store your bag. Shared bathrooms not so comfy 😂 small showers and toilets. Nice rooftop with more showers and toilets! Nice view of the city and the stadium. Really close to some bus terminal and you can see the entrance of the park with the magic fountains! You can reach easily the city center walking or by public transport, at he opposite side too to reach Miraflores, the metro stop is less than 5 min walk!

We stayed here for one night, before catching a bus out of Lima. We actually regretted not having come to this place sooner or not having the time to stay longer. This apartment has a strong 'bachelor pad' vibe but has everything you need and more. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is actually quite nice. The bed was awesome, the tv's are topnotch and fully equipped. Kitchen is clean and functional. The shower was great. Really a recommended stay!

It was our first day in Peru, Lima and I was very happy about this accomodation in this calm area. These guys are so friendly and nice! We had an own bedroom, we could use the kitchen and a beautiful terrace in the garden. We could even come early in the morning, as we arrived from Europe. This house reminded me my time at the college with friends, when we lived together, talked and everything was so fine :) Thank you! Also for a spanish lesson and good advices for our stay in Peru. ;)

The breakfast was very good and the location was central, the staff were extremly kind and helpful and above all, the whole hotel was very very clean! I will return with great pleasure and will definitely recommend it to others.
