The owner is approachable and always makes sure that her clients are satisfied with their service. The location is also good because there’s a grocery store nearby so you can cook whatever you want. We are from Bicol and need a place to stay to get some rest but the check-in time is after 2:00PM, when I messaged the owner, she talked to the condo admin and arranged everything for us to get in early. We were glad when we entered the room because it is a three-bedroom condo and all the amenities that you might need are in there. This is our first time staying there but we will surely visit again soon.

There’s plenty of equipment for you to use such as washing machine, kettle, microwave, stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, utensils, and even a smart TV. There’s also free wifi. The shower also has a heater and 2 modes where there’s a showerhead over your head and showerhead that can be removed. The bathroom mirror also has lights in it. There’s a small vanity which I used to get ready for my graduation. With the room layout, you can watch shows on the tv no matter if you are on the sofa or the bed.

Spacious unit, neat and tidy, comfy beds with extra foam. We loved the coffee table that converts into a working table. The location is good as it's surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Also convenient in terms of transportation since it's along E. Rodriguez.
The balcony gave me a nice view to watch the sunrise.
We got hygiene kits and complimentary water, coffee and biscuits.
What you see is what you get.
