We were a group of 3 adults and the place was spacious, clean and equipped with everything possibly needed. The whole place seemed recently renovated with beautiful floor and colours, a nice touch for holiday. For my parents, I was looking for a place with not too many stairs up, so here just 1 floor up was perfect. And they easily feel cold in the evening, but the room became warm quickly with heating. We parked our car nearby and used public transport to explore Lisbon. We were happy we didn’t stay closer to the main streets especially with our car. The location was really convenient and chill. There was a small supermarket right next door and about 5min walking to a big supermarket and metro station. Plus, the host was very kind and accommodating.

Breakfast exellent, possibility to choose any type of food. Close to the airport 10 minutes away, and 10 minutes away from the city center. Very good staff, and very high-quality service, ready to serve and help you at every minute and hour of the day or night. I would recommend this hotel.

I got upgraded to a suite for free and it was absolutely amazing! I only stayed for one night (went to Lisbon for the UWCL Final), but I wish I had stayed a few more nights. Neighborhood seemed quiet and it was close to public transportation, and also very close to the airport! Super sweet and helpful staff.

This hotel features a sauna, just across the street from Entrecampos Metro Station. It serves a breakfast buffet which includes fresh juice, preserves and gourmet coffee.

The staff are amazing. My daughter accidentally left her bag in the room. We contacted the hotel and arranged the delivery. Without their help of printing out shipping documents, the collection couldn’t be completed. I was so grateful to Paula and the other reception people.

Our 10th stay... So convenient, so comfortable, so good. Having to frequently travel through Lisbon over the past 2 years, Alvalade Palace has been the perfect place for us to arrive and recover after 24 hours flying from the South, and equally perfect to leave from. As close to the airport as you would like to be, and easy route to Oriente train station, it's also an easy walk (10 minutes ) to the top end of Alvalade shopping and dining district, and another 10 minutes to metro line - easy enough to get into all Lisbon's attractions, while staying out of the chaos. The staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful.

Amazing location - near campo grande bus station, airport, and a metro station less than 5min walk away. Supermarket, restaurants, shops all very close to walk to. Very comfortable and well decorated. Lots of lovely little details that made it special - water/juice in the fridge, bread, coffee and other bits set out to have. Bed was comfortable, towels were lovely, and the whole place was very clean. Check in instructions were very clear and host was very friendly. Good value for money. We would definitely return!
