The hotel was small and homey, in a converted apartment instead of an established hotel. We were greeted by a super friendly and helpful manager who sat us in the living room with a refreshing drink while he checked us in at their tiny office. Our room was tastefully remodeled and well appointed. There were lots of little friendly touches. We truly felt welcomed and at home. The (beautiful) stairs are no joke though: my son and I have the privilege of being able-bodied so they were no problem for us, but traveller’s with limited mobility should regrettably look somewhere else. This made our 4-star stay affordable to us, and we felt lucky to be able to stay in such a special place.

This little boutique hotel in the middle of Lisbon is simply fantastic. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was that it's right in one of the busiest central street. The other was the possibility to have breakfast on the rooftop :)

We liked every minute of it. They did great surprise cake for my wife’s birthday. Unique touch and emotional intelligence from the staff.
Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb and highly recommended for more than 3 nights stay.

I have only good things to say about this hotel and I recommend it from all my soul to anyone who wishes to have a beautiful and cozy stay in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived and to the moment we left, the staff was so kind, treated us so warmly and took care of every single detail of our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, cozy and very well mantained. Location is a 10+++. They provided coffee, tea and snacks every day which is a really lovely detail that I have not experienced until now at no hotel or place where I have stayed. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Very tasty, everything was fresh and presented into such a beautiful way to us. Bottled natural juice, this is what I call attention payed to details. A big Thank you to the whole staff!

The Hostel has a great atmosphere to meet new travellers. With its comfy common area you can talk to fellow travellers or just watch TV or read a book after a long day of sightseeing. I stayed for a week with my son at the hotel. Just after booking the hotel the concierge service contacted us. They helped out with arranging activites
When we arrived to the lovely hotel we were informed that the breakfast was included without extra cost. Very nice gesture.
In the room a bottle of sparkling wine was waiting.
The location of the hotel is superb. Close to everything
We stayed in a deluxe twin room overlooking Rossi square.
Totally soundproof.
Blinds making it very dark
So a very nice sleep
The airconditioning had no problem keeping the room cool even though the outside temp was 39 degrees.
Hotel is newly renovated and in perfect condition.
We will definately come back.
