I want to highlight the friendliness of the staff. Incredible attention given by Wiem, manager on duty. I missed my flight to Kuwait. So I went back to the same hotel and Wiem was very attentive at all times and helped me with a big smile. Comfortable rooms, with a very careful design, and everything especially clean.

Great experience every time! I have stayed here many times already, and Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch, Doha, is the place to be. I am traveling for business purposes, and they make me feel very welcomed. I was welcomed by the receptionist Abubakar, who was very firnedly and handed me the key cards. After I went to my room, I called reception and told them I wanted a room with a king size bed and a bathtub and my room did not feature a bathtub. Abubakar was very kind and sent me the keys to a different room through a bellboy, whom also helped me move to a bigger room, with a very big terrace, which had not only a king-size bed, but also bathtub. I appreciated the fact that even though the restaurant was closed until evening for Ramadan, you could still order room service at any time. Also, I would like to mention Suzan, a lady from Housekeeping, who was very kind and personable when I asked her to bring me some water, coffee and to change some towels. For sure I will come back to this hotel every time I visit Doha. Thank you for your professionalism.

I cannot fault anything, from the service to the facilities, everything was brilliant. The staff go out of their way to help you with absolutely everything. The location is amazing if you're travelling for leisure. The spa facilities are not to be missed.

The staff were very professional and readily available to assist, breakfast was ok and decent, the room was very conducive, the environment was awesome. The hotel had a valet service which was topnotch, you can get taxi to the city center which is about a 2-5 minutes drive or can walk to the Souq waqif which was about 7-10 minutes walk and can take the train from there to other part of the city.
