Staff were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and always offered to help in any way possible, even without asking. Some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met!! Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!! Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

Staff are awesome, super helpful and nice to chat to them about the day and cool things about Taipei. Comfy beds, comfy pods, comfy hostel.
