The receptionists are all well trained and friendly. Hotel location is superb, near to the Ximen Metro exit. There is no worried about carrying luggage as you can easily access the escalator at Metro exit. Personally felt thankful that we picked this hotel as our stay for 3 days as we met Typhoon Kong Rey, the hotel provides FOC laundry services and free cup noodles each night which is a value added point especially during Typhoon time. Rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping are in place.

Amazing Hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and everything working well. The bathroom was charming and also spacious. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, very attentive to details. My room was nicely prepared for me before my arrival and even the temperature was perfect. Location is very convenient, close to metro station, stores, restaurants etc. Drinks and snacks are provided for free at the reception area which is a plus. Couldn't be happier and don't need to think where to stay when visiting Taipei again. Thank you so much!

Excellent location with MRT station (ximen) just in front of the hotel. Many eateries nearby. For those with luggage, please use the elevator at exit 3 (not 2 - all stairs). There are 3 washing machines (NT$70 per wash) and 4 dryers (NT$10 per 10 minutes).

Everything was great, clean, soundproof was good (we were worried about that part), staff was nice and helpful. Our flight was canceled because of the typhoon so we booked another room for two days and the staff was kind enough to let us check in as soon as we checked out from the other room.

This is a top quality budget hotel right in the heart of Taipei. The location couldn't be bettered to reach the main central sights and shopping areas. Excellent staff and comfortable room. It is also very quiet despite being so central.
They very kindly let me check in early, which was wonderful since I'd arrived from a long flight and was on a stopover to another long flight.
The room had a small balcony which was a nice bonus.
I only had a brief stopover in Taipei, but thanks to this hotel's kind staff and excellent location I got to enjoy enough time in Taipei to know that I'll return again some day and I will use this hotel again.
It is a budget hotel, so don't expect anything luxurious, but for travelers with simple needs like myself, it is perfect.
