Amazing all round experience. Leo and the reception team were very friendly and professional. Great gym, I feel like it's under utilised down there, but was perfect for me. Loved the in-room coffee and even the train noises weren't too disruptive! Will recommend.

Amazing 5 star service especially from the Front Office Manager (sorry forgot his name, wears glasses and was on duty on 08.08 morning). Huge thanks! Loved the bar too! We had issues with our German Credit Card and had to pay full stay in cash. But on our arrival day before, the team wasn't really sure how to proceed as they are only used to take Credit Cards.

The staff was really nice and helpful. All the people in the hostel were running the Chicago marathon and the staff prepared snacks for us in the morning and let us take a shower after the race no mather the fact the checkout time passed. They also kept our stuff safe. The rooms, showers and toilet were also really clean and you hade free shampoo to use too. If I ever come back to Chicago, this is the place where I will be coming back!
