The hotel is brand new, so all amenities are in exceptional condition. The size of the room was quite good, especially by NYC standards. The location is great and the staff were all very professional and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was also good. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location - very close to many different subway stations and a beautiful view over Manhattan bridge. Plenty of great places to eat and drink in walking distance. The room was immaculate, comfortable bed, air conditioning, all the facilities we might have needed including fresh towels and toiletries. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Excellent location and SO quiet! I opened the window and forgot I was in New York with the golden silence that greeted me. Comfortable bed and clean lovely room with plenty of towels, the staff at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and were so welcoming on check-in. My new favourite place to stay in New York!

It was a very clean and maintained hotel. The design of the rooms were excellent, and the staff were friendly. Not noisy or loud once inside the room. Value for price was amazing compared to other hotels.

Great location, daily cleaning, delicious breakfast (pastries, waffles, eggs, yoghurt, bagels, muffins, cereals, coffee, tea and others) and very nice staff. For me it was a perfect stay and I would return for sure.
