Absolutely stunning hotel with lovely facilities. The hotel were kind enough to upgrade us when we arrived so we had a suite for the week. Beautiful room / bathroom with a breath taking view. BIG thank you to housekeeping, they came twice a day and couldn’t do enough for us!

Truss Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Time Sq. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and polite. Jessie at reception is competent, charming and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries are welcome too.

Absolutely amazing place. Full NYC vibe, great location and such a fantastic place to stay when visiting NYC. Super clean and beautiful room with the best view. Also the staff was so welcoming and truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Rooftop terrace had some pretty amazing views too!

It was my second time staying at the Artezen Hotel, and I have nothing but praise for this place. We had a lovely king-size room on the 15th floor facing the street, and it was perfectly quiet at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby, close to many attractions, and very well connected to several subway lines. The hotel also surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and balloons for her 10th birthday — completely free of charge — which was such a thoughtful gesture. As many other guests mention, the staff are truly fabulous. Their kindness and professionalism are probably the hotel’s biggest strength. I highly recommend the Artezen Hotel and will definitely return if I have the chance to visit New York again.
