The Ludlow really exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent for exploring Manhattan on foot, our room was fantastic with a great view, the bar was cosy and a lovely place to crash after a long day and all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We didn't manage to use the gym but it looked great and well equipped.

I got a room on the fifth floor and the view was amazing! The people working on the lobby were kind and took care of my luggage before my room was ready and after my checkout so I can visit the city, without me even asking. When visiting NY again, I will look to stay here again.

Small place with spacious rooms. Large kitchenspace and bathroom. A terrace wich you kind of share with residents above! One day a dog appeared there! You can clearly hear other guests walking outside in corridor at times- but it is such a small place it's not really an issue. Great location, many bars and restaurants nearby- worth visiting and exploring! 5-7 min walk to the underground. Would we stay here again? Yes, absolutely!

I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews, but the location was great, felt very safe also during night and with a lot of metro stations around. Room was very clean, also the online check in was so easy. We had a little problem with our code to the room not working but we called the number and they reseted it in 1min (i guess this could be a problem for non-english speakers). Other than that i would definitely come back its a great value for money and not lacking anything.

Very clean, cozy, was met with a smile. The lights were fantastic with 4 different settings for easy wakeup and could be turned on and off from the bed and the door - small thing, but my previous 'luxury' hotel I stayed at the night before had one light switch 3 steps in from the door and only a very bright reading light by the bed you had to really stretch the arm to reach. It's the small things that make it feel premium, and this feels premium.
