Asked for a high room as we were on our baby moon, got the top floor with best view the hotel has to offer. Concierge was very helpful with babysitting. Everything was great.

Very clean and well organized hotel. It is perfect for a short business trip. Be aware the room I stayed in is the tiniest I have ever stayed in, but I loved it.

I booked two rooms for my family. The location is excellent - close to a lot of fun New York activities but also quiet in the upper west side. The gym was well equipped. Both rooms were comfortable.

Location! literally 2 blocks from a major subway line. I also came from DC for a trip and I could go from DC to the hotel using aprx 5 steps.
