Excellent location. The staff is diverse, lovely, always ready to help and provide information about the city (places to eat, how to use transportation, things to do). The room is so techie, I loved it! I also liked the fact that we can use the common spaces to have a meal, even if it was something bought outside the hotel. The (free) water fountain at the bar was very useful. The hotel is full of nice and humorous details, it was fun to spend some time looking at them.

The location is excellent. Close to malls, public transportation, restaurants, Union Square where the big bus, and hop on hop off bus tours can be joined. You can't beat it location wise.
The room is very spacious and immaculately clean.
The facilities of the room are good with very comfortable beds. When we are in San Francisco next time we will surely stay there.
