I had never been in a smart room before it was pretty awesome and it was a good location close to the cable, car, trolleys and buses also, the staff was really nice we were checking out of a not so good hotel, and they were very welcoming to us.

It was super clean, the staff were friendly and nice, and the location was excellent. It’s very close to Chinatown and just steps away from the cable cars. I’d recommend trying Roxanne Café next to the hotel and Uncle Vito’s for their lovely pizza.
