Everything....can't say anything else. Sharda and the rest of the staff at the bar were just so friendly and efficient. The doormen, wow, so welcoming as were the reception staff...incredible. Location fantastic for getting to everything that you need. Will definitely return.

Great shower - water temperature and pressure were easy to control. Huge bathroom and bedroom area which was excellent for 2 pax. Plenty of space for both of us. Kettle was quick to boil water. Location was good - Firehook and Tatte bakeries nearby sell excellent pastries.

Special thanks to the staff! Hilton, above all praise. This is the second time I've stayed in different cities. Everything is going just fine! The security deposit is refunded instantly! The location is 15 minutes from the center and the White House. There are a lot of free museums nearby! Great room, cozy, like at home!

The Staff from the Property Manager Clarise to the Front Desk team were exceptional. As a Titanium member I have to say this property went above an beyond. I needed documents printed in color. Asked if there was a Kinkos close. The Property Manager Clarise had me email her, she printed, stapled and put it all together in a packet. Not expected but an amazing touch. They also provide amazing service when checking in, questions etc. I stay an extra 2 nights on a personal credit card, They accommodated me with seamless check in for both the Corporate Stay and personal. Have to say JW style service at the Courtyard. I will be staying there again and forgoing my other favorite DC *Bonvoy properties. Thank you M Jaworski
