とにかく、駅に近いところ。野球を観に行ったけど、行きも帰りもとてもスムーズでした。また、空港の往復もスムーズでした。また、コンビニやリカーショップも近く、買い出しも便利でした。改善点はトイレを流すと、余りにも勢いが強く、トイレの水が外に吹き出していました。衛生的に宜しく無いです。
