Absolutely fabulous stay!! I stayed for 11 nights, and I have to say, I LOVED the stay, every part of it. The location is quite accessible from the old quarter, and there are lots of food options available near the hotel. The building is very clean and the room is very comfortable as well. There’s a roof top you can go to enjoy the great view of Hanoi and the sunset/sunrise. There is a cute dog that you can pet. The wifi in the room is great, fast and stable. I was working with my laptop and had multi Zoom calls but had no issue. I stayed in the room with balcony so the view from the room was amazing. If you stay 5+ days you can use the laundry on the rooftop too. Every morning you get to order a complimentary coffee or tea from variety of menu.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Hanoi in the next time.
Above all, the staffs are beautiful people. They always make sure that everything is good with my stay and provide support as necessary.

After spending so much time in places like old and french quarters which were great for tourist purposes but hectic outside when you are tired and just want to shower and sleep. The location of The Five Residences kinda feels secluded at night which is much needed after a long day.
The beds and bedding were super comfy.
