This property is in a great location, in Ba Dinh. It's an easy walk to the west Lake, the HCM mausoleum, the old quarter and Lake Hoan Kiem etc It's clean, safe, the staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good and has everything you need. I stayed twice while in Hanoi, it was great both times.

Accomodation is perfectly situated right in the center of Hanoi in very quiet area. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We recommend to use the airport shuttle and money exchange (favorable rate) from them. It was really a pleasure to stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.

Very polite staff, good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, the place was pretty quiet. Great place to stay for a few days. Also the place is near an old and beautiful area with a lot of cafes and restaurants (5 min walk). The area is also relatively quiet compared to the other Hanoi areas.
