They were so accommodating. The private rooms were immaculate and exceptional. The staff Ling, Chi and Kayan provided a 5 star service. I would highly recommend this hostel especially for the private rooms and quiet location

We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.
