If you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi, Hotel de Souriant is the perfect choice. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are as comfortable as the ones at home, and the sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed daily—always crisp, fresh, and spotless. The room sizes are just right—not overly large, but ideal for a city getaway. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, something you don’t come across often. Breakfast offers everything you could ask for, from traditional Vietnamese dishes to Western favorites, catering to all tastes and habits. We had dinner twice at the Sky Bar (the Pho and noodles were amazing—highly recommended!). The Sky Bar is also a fantastic spot to unwind in the evening. If you enjoy massages, I highly recommend trying the ones offered at the hotel—both the full-body and foot massage are unbelievably good!

This is completely brand new hotel build from 0. Which means that you will get All amenities and all facilities brand new. When I arrived the Manager of the hotel meet me up and offered some small snacks and cocktail. I got free room upgrade with balcony and terrace on the old city quarter view. The room was as ok pictures. Everything worked well. Internet/WiFi quite good for online working. The water pressure and temperature never give me any issue. Breakfast : standard buffet breakfast with possibility to order from menu different dishes. During all my staying of 7 days the food was always fresh, each day different and the restaurant stuff are very educated. GYM; the gym is super small and hardly can fit more than 2 people. Mainlynconsist of treadmill, dumbbells and main multi machine and of course yoga mats. However you will a clean towel, water and AC there. Which is not bad. Noise and location: the hotel is situated just 50nmeters from main old quarter entertainment, but that is enough to have a silent night in the room. I would like highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is booking or looking for a nice hotel in Hanoi city.

The staff was absolutely the highlight of this place. Sooooo kind and wonderful and helpful! They really took care of us. Location was perfect but the rooms are definitely not sound proofed and the bathrooms could use a reno haha. But those 2 things compared to the good stuff doesn't hold up.
