If you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi, Hotel de Souriant is the perfect choice. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are as comfortable as the ones at home, and the sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed daily—always crisp, fresh, and spotless. The room sizes are just right—not overly large, but ideal for a city getaway. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, something you don’t come across often. Breakfast offers everything you could ask for, from traditional Vietnamese dishes to Western favorites, catering to all tastes and habits. We had dinner twice at the Sky Bar (the Pho and noodles were amazing—highly recommended!). The Sky Bar is also a fantastic spot to unwind in the evening. If you enjoy massages, I highly recommend trying the ones offered at the hotel—both the full-body and foot massage are unbelievably good!

We had a wonderful experience at this new hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt completely fresh and modern. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff- they were absolutely amazing. Cozy place to stay with all the little details. Located right in the middle of the busy touristy old quarter of Hanoi still totally quiet. The room has everything what you need for feeling home. Super clean. Thinh the person in charge is super helpful. We will come back again.

Amazing place in Hanoi Old Quarter. This is our 4th time staying at Kingdom Hotel in Hanoi. And again, this will always my choice each time i come back. The room is super clean and wifi works perfectly. The manager - Mrs Spring are always happy. As i know, she even helped a guest here a-lot during his not well time that he was staying at the hotel. She and her staff even fed him when he could not help himself. No one in his family or friends were in Hanoi, this guest was so lucky to meet these nice people. And, also i saw her talked back to 3 American men so politely when these people, who had used the minibar inside their room but did not want to pay for the drinks. They even threaded the hotel that if the hotel charged them, they would leave a bad / negative review for the hotel. Mrs Spring was still very calm and said: "we charge what you have used. Only US$ 0.4 for 1 small bottle of water you do not want to pay, so, you should not take it. Be advised that you should pay for what you use". Anyway, Kingdom Hotel is my lovely hotel to stay in Hanoi
