Amazing hotel if you want to visit Hanoi. The location is great to do the city by feet. The rooms (we had 3 different for 3 different stays along our trip) are great, very clean, modern! The beds were so comfortable and perfect after a long day of walking. The spa is also proposing very good service and all the hotel staff were so kind, helpful and really tried there best to make our stay unforgettable.
It was our honeymoon and happen to be also my husband birthday. There decorated the room and surprised us with a dessert in the room for both occasions.
I definitely recommend!
