Friendly staff, always instantly available for any assistance during the day until 10pm. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well equiped. Busy street in front but very quiet at night, secure place. Also they have a nice indoor pool and gym.

10/10 without a doubt - it's a prime example of value for money. May and her husband literally provide everything you need, much more than you receive in many hostels. They are very genuine, it's clear that they really care about their guests. Very homely, peaceful and quiet, located in one of the nicest areas outside of Old Quarter.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family of four. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
The hotel facilities were very good. We used the pool and gym regularly.
It’s located about 15 mins from the old quarter - just 70,000D. For us we had the best of both worlds. The quietness, space etc of Westlake but within a few minutes of the madness of the city centre.
The breakfast was reasonably good. Probably some improvements to bring to real 5 star quality - I’d say 4.5 stars for breakfast.
But the staff are what make this hotel. 6/5 stars.
From the reception, bar, breakfast, gym, pool and even maintenance and cleaning. They were alll so very friendly, helpful and warm.
Thanks so much to Karl, Jamie and all the brilliant staff for making us so welcome.
