Liv and Katy made our stay amazing. We were so well looked after and catered to. Happy, fun and warm. The property is just the right distance from the Old Town to be accessible but secluded for serenity. The mix is perfect. Breakfast was a diverse spread of everything you could want.

The location was amazing as well as the hotel itself, it was calm while one could reach the center in a 5 min bike ride and the comfort level was impeccable. The staff was very attentive and kindly facilitated transportation, tours as well as provided us with amazing local food spot recommendations. The value for was great. Also their food selection as well as tasty coffee were an asset. I would definitely rebook and recommend to friends.

Perfect host, very friendly, helps to plan activities in Hoi an. Feels like you are her guest ar her home. Perfect breakfast, just made for you. Very clean hotel Short walk from ancient town, but queit because a little bit further from main street (so not so beautiful buildings nearby) Everything in hotel seems really new and in good condition, looks the same as in pictures Pool is not heated, but should be very nice during hot days.

This hotel was bliss. Close to the centre of Hoi A but not trapped amidst it. Staff lovely, room wonderful. Breakfast okay. Bed was big and comfortable. We loved the whole vibe of the place. It lives up to its name. We will 100% be coming back when we are next able to come to Viet Nam.

A beautiful room and accommodation. Exceptionally clean, spacious and very well set up. Comfortable and huge bed, great bathroom. I would highly recommend and I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved this family run hotel. Our young kids found the bonsai trees and pond of koi carp and other large fish super interesting. Breakfast was made fresh to order from an array of options and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
