From the moment we arrived, the host and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the old town market and a variety of restaurants. Both the hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and we especially enjoyed the delicious Banh Mi served with tea and fresh fruit. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hoi An.

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. The location was ideal to walk into the centre of the old town. We received many helpful recommendations and had excellent experiences during these activities. A great place to stay, the room was perfect and a fantastic swimming pool. Interior Design is excellent! Big room, Color is so beautiful. Bicycle is free and we need it so much. This hotel is cozy space but valuable. I take a shower after did spa before I traveled to Nha trang.
