The executive room is a room we will book if we travel again to Hoi An. it is spacious, well equipped, clean, with bathroom outdoors and another indoors, lovely view and a terrace. we wish we could have stayed longer. I recommend booking in advance :)

Location is amazingly beautiful, friendly, kind and helpful stuff. The room which is located in front of the lake has the most beautiful view.
The bathroom has an astounding bathtub for relaxing time!

After staying a few nights in the city centre of Hoi an, I wanted to stay a few night in a quiet, relaxing place. New sunshine homestay was the perfect place for me!! Such beautiful views from the homestay and walking in, lovely pool and very comfortable bed. It was still easy to get into the city centre by taxi or bike only 5-10 minutes. Besides that, the owner is very warm and welcoming and has helped with anything I needed. Thank you Huong! Highly recommend this place

The stay is very good value for money. The accomodations are clean and spacious, airy and it feels relaxing. There are a lot of plants and greenery around.They provide bicycles for free which you can use to get around.The breakfast was limited but everything was simple and filling..The Pho was especially good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. You can ask them for help with day trips if you want to.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The family who run this beautiful hotel were so friendly and kind. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a good stay, always inquiring if I was happy and comfortable. The facilities were in excellent condition and the breakfast was delicious. It was great that they have free bicycles to use. I would definitly recommend this place and hope I can get back again next year.
