The breakfast was divine. There was a selection of fresh fruit, a pastry counter that rivals the French boulangères, 2 chefs to prepare fresh Vietnamese banh mi, noodles and omelets. The waiters also make us ice Vietnamese coffee every morning.

The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay.
The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean.
The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us.
Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-)
We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day

Great location and facilities, beautiful hotel, but the best part was their helpful staff! Their receptionist, Helen, was absolutely amazing as she helped out with my late check-in and was an excellent guide as she walked me through all the things I could do in Hoi An. I wish I could have stayed longer at the place. A must stay!

The hotel is on a quiet part of town. It isn't in the center of the bar area but it's very walkable to just about anything that you might want to do. The breakfast food was very good and we were really happy with the atmosphere at the breakfast buffet. We arrived quite late and check-in was no problem. The room we got had a balcony that overlooked the garden, the pool and the surrounding rooftops. The shower was nice with good water pressure, space and hot water.
