I can’t recommend this place enough! The location is great. It is close to every attractions in Hoi An. The rooms are big and you also have a balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are always smiling and making you feel like home. They prepare fresh breakfast every morning and it is really delicious. They also offered us beer and we had a great talk on an evening. You can have for free bikes to go to the beach or Coconut Village.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. Bed was so comfortable, hard to leave it in the mornings! Room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony. We had room service twice and the food was really yummy and came very quickly, they have a great menu. We used their taxi service both to and from Da Nang which was reasonably priced and comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here!

A fantastic hotel with a great location, just 5 minutes from the historic center.
All the hotel facilities and the staff were exceptional.
They offer a delicious and varied buffet breakfast that is the perfect start of the day.
They also helped us to arrange transportation to Danang airport in our last day to Hoi An.
A perfect option for those who enjoy the comfort of a good hotel.

It’s a family run small hotel by a lovely couple and their staffs. Easy to contact the owner and get the prompt reply. I asked them to arrange a minibus for my whole trip. They gave us a reasonable price and good supported about the transportation for my 4-day trip. (Airport - Hoi an , Hoi an - Bana hill , Bana hill - Danang, Danang -Airport). We confused with the place to pick us at Bana hill, after I contacted the hotel, they managed the driver to meet us immediately.
The hotel is in central location , easily walking to ancient Hoi an city. Grocery shop is just opposite, and the restaurants or local foods are nearby. The family room is big enough for 3 persons. All rooms are newly renovated , beautiful, clean and quite comfortable.
I would recommend everyone .

The hotel and the rooms were beautifully decorated, everything was clean and they offer two filtered water bottles with unlimited refill for all customers. The attention to the customer is excelent, Helen helped us from the very beginning by updating the weather forecast and arranging the transfers to the hotel, and gave us an extended explanation on the city and the visiting options we had available. Although we were a bit skeptical at the beginning, I reccomend signing up for the free tour they offer, the tour guide Bao did a great job and it was the perfect way to start our Hoi an visit with a bit of historical and geographical context.
