We really enjoyed our stay. The room is nice and very clean. You can loan bikes for free and rent motorbikes for a very cheap price. The included breakfast is very tasty and you can get your laundry washed. The best thing about the whole place are the hosts, who are just such a lovely family. They are always kind and very helpfull and they'll make your stay unforgettable. We can really recommend this place!

This was a beautiful hotel situated perfectly close to both the Ancient Town and walking street of Hoi An. Despite being a stone's throw from the bustling bars and restaurants of the walking street and night market, the hotel was quiet and felt secluded. The rooms were beautiful with tasteful decoration and a generally luxurious feel. I didn't use the pool, but the pool area was spotless with a variety of larger beds and loungers available, and this area was never crowded during my stay.
Breakfast was high quality with a variety of Eastern and Western inspired options, and with small stations set up encouraging guests to make their own ca phe sua aa, bahn mi, or cao lau, which seemed like a lovely idea, but I'm not sure that many guests understood (I witnessed one guest complaining that the selection of cold cuts was poor when picking sliced pork of the side of the cao lau station and another using the condensed milk from the coffee station to por over his cake). Perhaps some more staff guidance would help guests to understand this better?
Overall, it would make an excellent choice for a romantic getaway, or luxurious break in the middle of a busy tour of the country. I stayed in a variety of hotels in Vietnam - most were excellent by their own merits, but this was the hotel which impressed me the most.
