This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

Awesome spot! They're brand newly opened so everything is fresh and shiny. You can see that very quickly it's going to be the "go-to" place in Hoi An. Great for solo travellers and perfect for backpackers. It's great value at $5 a night (UMM WITH A FREE BEER AND BREAKFAST?!) The food was great, too! The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plenty of entertainment too, pool table and foosball. A super short (and scenic) walk to where all the action happens in town too.

This Homestay was so lovely and the family are very nice and welcoming. It's a walking distance to all the places in Hỏi An old town. The place was clean, the rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was nice (eggs, bread, coffee/tea, fruits. We also had fried rice one morning). Will definitely recommend!

It’s a real homestay at a local family. Father and mother care of the guests with true love and genuine smile. Hoang speak well English and help parents on phone if we had questions. Small children are cute and smiley too. Home made breakfast, it’s worth to order! Hoang also helped to organize our daytrips and help to buy tickets to Hoi An memories show, thank you! Building is newly renovated, brand new inside and outside. Wide and very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, only few steps from city center in a quiet street. Mini Market, Massage, restaurants almost next door. Release of lanterns at the river cca 200m from Nam Hoi Homestay.

Lovely home stay. Miss Ten was very welcoming and friendly, helped us plan a few things and offered us food. Breakfast was lovely every day. Room was spacious and location was great. Would recommend and would stay again.
