The booking experience is flawless, friendly and extremely efficient, the location great, the property very authentic, the cleaning impeccable, the breakfast truly awesome, the room comfortable and well appointed. But the real highlight of all that is the team: Spring, Sunny, Kimmi, Gavy and many others whose name we could not recall. We have never in our life seen a hotel team work with so much kindness, attention to detail, generosity, warmth, dedication and a deep commitment to provide the guest with the most memorable experience. Amazing homestay quality with a nice deluxe bedroom. The room was very comfortable, the staff dedicated and very supportive, helping us to get back a lost items 🙏. The location was ideal for us not in the center but very accessible walking or with the bicycles. We would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The receptionists Emily and Nancy were wonderful - they were so helpful with booking transfers, laundry and recommendations. The design of the hotel is really cool and they’re even building a bistro to have more of a food offering which will elevate the experience even more. The beds were unbelievably comfy we slept so well! The location is just outside of the old quarter - 10 minute walk max.

Everything was fantastic at this homestay! This was our favourite place during our 2 week travel round Vietnam. Location was excellent and within walking distance to restaurant, bars and the hustle and bustle of old town. It was down a quiet little side road though so peaceful to sleep at night. Spotlessly clean. The main attraction is the family who run this - they are so kind and gave excellent recommendations. Would 100% recommend and was great value for money. 10/10
