The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the villa is something that you would never forget! What truly stood out was the level of care from the staff. To sum it up: fantastic. We took spacious room overlooking the ocean with beautiful and big balcony, the bathroom, the bed everything is amazing. Hotel has the best beach on Phu Quoc, white sand with turquise sea, great bars and restaurants and property is well maintained with lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers etc. The pools are amazing, hotel lobby and reception absolutely stunning. The staff is also great, polite and helpful. Room service was also very good(amazing burger), with this hotel you cannot be unhappy. Very close to Sunset town, Cable car and around 25mins to the center. Close by on the beach you can find cool beach bars and it is great for evening walk.

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. Hotel is located in great position, two minutes walk to beach. There is many restaurant in around. You can also walk to nearest city to shop in supermarkets (15min walk). 20minutes to airport, 10minutes to cablecar by car. Breakfast was great, best value for money, variable every day with many choices. Room is clean, comfortable. Every day personal clean your room, change towels (you got also beach towel) and refill drinking water.

It is a studio apartment. The room as spacious enough for both of us, complete with comfortable bed, fridge, two burner induction stove, hairdryer. They have room cleaning services everyday. Location was amazing. You can see almost the entire Sunset Town from level 16. You can watch the Kiss of the Sea show and the spectacular fireworks show from level 16 and enjoy the pool. The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

European couple stayed in Venice Hotel for a few nights and the reception team were outstanding.. highly recommend this location too and a free buggy to take you around anywhere! 10/10 they even reserved a rooftop bar at another hotel after our stay! Wow thanks team ❤️
