Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks basic english and there was always someone with good english skills around. The restaurant is a bit expensive (compared to local prices), but the views are excellent and the food is good. The spa is great, we had Swedish and Thai massages - the best massage we had in Vietnam.

Hospitality and warmness of staffs are great value, especially love the sweet of the girl at reception 😊 Shuttle services provided to main road is helpful to other restaurants and to catch free bus to Grand World and Safari. Swimming pool is cool and cleaned daily. Room is very clean and spacious.

What an incredible stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mango Bay from start to finish and would have extended it if the hotel wasn't booked up. The staff were so accomidating and everything was thought of right down to the nightly incense placed in the room to combat mosquitos. We didn't leave the resort throughout our stay and had a great meal at both restaurants every time, which made Christmas Day paticularly special. The breakfast included is great and has lots of variety and they accomidated to my allergies. We'll definitely be making a return visit. Thank you to all the wonderful staff throughout the resort!

It has a fantastic atmosphere and it is a beautiful resort. The manager of the resort is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a kitchen and it is well equipped with good quality towels and bathrobes.

I had the list wonderful stay at Green Bubgalow. I spent a total of 11 nights and I could ask for a more perfect place to do so. Far from the busy city but close to the beach, the Green Bungalow was the place I long to return to after the daily adventures in Phu Quoc Island. The bungalow was confortable and very clean, the common areas aswell. But the cherry on the top was its wonderful host, who made me feel at home with all the little attentions and delicious food. This is the place to stay in Phu Quoc!
