The hotel itself is very clean, big and beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is not so big but very good with wonderful view. The gym is not big too but very good. Both swimming pool and gym were empty every time I came there. The staff is very professional and friendly, customer oriented. Every person strive to resolve any request promptly. The transfer to the Al Khan beach is provided at 10:00 and back to the hotel at 13:00. There are a lot of supermarkets and not expensive restaurants around the hotel. We used to have a dinner and suffer at the Syrian restaurant in front of the hotel across the via Al Taawun - Khubz & Meleh Restaurant - the food there is very delicious and affordable, the staff is the best one.

In a very modern city it was nice to be in a more traditional location. Alveen was most helpful in every way going out of his way to help in any way he could from advice on where to eat to where to visit.
