It is the best place I have ever been. The hotel is beautiful. The environment is incredible, it is a paradise in the middle of the desert. The facilities are great. The infinity pool is really beautiful. The quad activity is amazing. You have total freedom to take the quad and go wherever you want through the desert dunes. My wife and I took the all inclusive plan and we were very surprised. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were worthy of a top restaurant, in addition to multiple snacks (pizza, chicken wings, spring rolls, ...) and all kinds of drinks, including alcohol. However, even though the whole hotel is top 10, the best thing was undoubtedly the service. We had never experienced such good and professional attention, far above our experience. Especially Ajit's service and attention. He is responsible for making it the best days of our life. We were not able to say goodbye to him, so I would like him to receive our most sincere congratulations from us. It is a pleasure to meet professionals who always try to give the best in their work and to please others. Since we have returned to Spain, we have not stopped recommending the Hotel, the service and Ajit's professionalism. No doubt we will be back soon.
