Exceptional breakfast but on the pricier side around 4000 AMD. I paid for the dorm room at 4200 AMD and the rooms, the ambiance, the space in general are the best value that you will get for your entire trip in Armenia. This was true for me I every time I returned to Yerevan I stayed here. The location isn't exactly city centre but this part of the appeal and it's a little quieter. If you're hoping to get into the city, the train station is very close and the airport express bus stop is nearby. Beds and pillows here are the best I've experienced in Armenia and I slept like a baby.

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was arranged very quickly. Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.

1. I love the breakfast. The option is not too variable, however the taste is very good. And they regularly change the main course. 2. The staffs. They were very friendly and informative to all of my needs. 3. The location. It is near to many tourist attraction and cafes, supermarkets, etc. 4. Kitchen utensils. Breakfast was splendid and the staff incredibly nice ! The hostel is right behind Republic square which makes it really easy for transport, and the place is great whatever your situation is : travelling with the computer and with work to do or for tourism...     I had an excellent experience with this hotel. My wife and child flew in, and I arranged for a transfer from the hotel. The driver who arrived was very polite and helped with the luggage. The receptionist was also very courteous and assisted my family in getting up the stairs with the child. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. The hotel is very close to the airport by car, making it a great place to spend time between flights.

    Very comfortable hotel right near the centre of Yerevan. Armenia is beautiful, but obviously poor in parts, so it was nice to find the centre of Yerevan was fun, lively and very friendly. Ity was particularly child friendly, with sections for children in the main parks and even playgrounds and small electric child suitable cars in the main square outside the opera house.

    I would highly recommend this hotel to stay especially for couples or families having leisure trip. We have stayed for 3 nights and I must say that it was beyond our expectation. Breakfast is superb, personally prepared by the owner, kids love it as well. Rooms are quite big, comfortable beds plus amazing mountain view with snow! Excellent staff run by the family, missed to get the names though. They are all very hospitable and friendly in every aspect.
