I’m giving Andor a 10 out of 10 — not just because of its facilities, but because of the outstanding customer service provided by the hotel manager, Tatevik. Although Tatevik was away during our stay and we didn’t get to meet in person, she was incredibly helpful and responsive through phone communication. Her attention and support really stood out and made a difference in our experience. We were a group of five friends staying in three separate rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right. Breakfast wasn’t self-service, but it was of good quality and we were satisfied. What we especially enjoyed was the social vibe of the hotel. Many solo travelers were staying there, and the common areas made it easy to sit down, chat, and connect with people from different cultures — a lovely touch that made the stay feel warm and communal.
