Loved everything! It totally exceeded my expectations. Outstanding view, great restaurant with attentive staff (try the Marillenknödel!), awesome breakfast, free parking, animal-friendly, lovely private beach with free rowboat and SUPs (and turquoise water!); and all at a great price. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Alpenblick in Attersee as two mature couples. Rooms are simple but spacious and bright. The setting in Attersee is breathtaking — pure peace and natural beauty. The warm family who runs the hotel made us feel truly welcome: the father is a gracious host and wine expert, the mother cooks delicious meals, and the service from their daughters was lovely. Highly recommended!

Location is superb. 5min walk from lake to take a dip. Host also well beyond what I would expect and extremely friendly. Gave us towels for the day to use at the beach even after our check out and we were also allowed to park our car there for a bit longer to save public parking fees.

A large apartment, suitable for a family, with a balcony and a huge verandah where you can relax. Very well equipped, clean - basically, everything that you might need. It's located practically in the middle of the town, so restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw away. Plus, the owner is extra nice and caring. And a free parking spot right next to the property is a big asset.
