Very good accommodation. Big room

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location

Good location, beautiful rooms

This place is incredibly comfortable, spacious, and cozy, all while being affordable. During our trip to Luzern, Switzerland, we stayed here for three days. Silvia provided us with a comfortable bed and a welcoming space, as well as delicious breakfasts each morning. We had great conversations with Silvia about Switzerland and neighboring countries, and we were able to enjoy wonderful evenings with our traveling companions in the spacious and pleasant accommodations. Luzern is truly a beautiful and delightful city, and staying here made our memories of Luzern even more special.

Excellent hotel and great location

The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

This was an amazing stay in Lucerne! The apartment is very centrally located, next to the church, lake and shopping streets. The train station is also walking distance. We couldn't think of a better location in the city. The check in was fast and smooth, with door codes. We actually liked not having to carry keys around and worry about losing them. When we entered, all the mobile AC units were running so it was nice to enter a cool room on a hot day. The apartment was just huge, with beautiful panorama windows everywhere. The main panorama window upstairs gave the view of the whole city. The apartment was fully equipped and every little thing was provided. They had slippers and bathrobes, all kinds of towels, bathroom toiletries from shampoo to body lotion. These were extremely good quality btw, smelling really good! And everything was given with a back up, they don't limit you to one little bottle per person. All extras as washing tabs for washing machine, iron, ironing board, adaptors were also there. The kitchen had everything you could wish for. We did not cook much on our vacation but anything could be made with given equipment. Salt, pepper, olive oil were a nice touch. Coffee was tasty and complimentary. There was also a nice selection of drinks to purchase. The best feature of the apartment was surely the roof top terrace. It was a private one, just for us, and we could see the lake and mountains. We ended up having our breakfast there. Every room had a big TV available. Wifi connection was good and fast. We could stream movies from our laptop. We did not meet anyone from the staff personally but online communication was super friendly and fast. The location of the apartment allowed to stop right near the door to unpack our luggage which was really nice as we came by car and had lots of luggage. Most central streets do not have this possibility. All in all, it was a great find.
