Loved everything about it. Location, decor, etc. Very well equipped too! Most importantly, the staff were very kind! I had to travel to another city and return to Geneva to pick up my bags after checking out and they were kind to let me keep my bags with them till I got back. When I got back days later exhausted for a night flight, they were kind to offer me coffee and snacks at the public lounge before leaving. Very automated but so user friendly and very safe too!

Beautiful hotel. Gréât position. Fabulous bed and pillows . Super helpful and friendly front desk lady Lillie who went out of her way to help us with directions.
