The hotel is located in the city center, the surrounding attractions are easy to reach, there are many commercial outlets around, the fountain pool is 100 meters away, and there is a theater. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the few staff at the front desk. It is recommended that hotels should consider adding TV with English channels for the convenience of foreign guests. Hope come back again in futrue.

Every thing were perfect. The staff all are kind and helpful, the parking availability, the location near to bagrati, the breakfast is the best taste, the rooms are super clean and equipped. For sure i will come back, and i really recommend it.

The location was perfect very near the town. We loved the breakfast and great that it was open until 11am. The room was amazing so big for 4 people - super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and excellent English spoken- we really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Everything was over the top! Fabulous design (do not listen to people who say that the interior is dark, they have to learn about new tendencies in design). The manager was always there whenever we needed help or advices concerning Georgia and its incredible wines. The music played in the common area was very good too. I'm telling you, everything was perfect! I recommend 1000%

This is the amazing hotel, very good location, near the cable road, very comfortable room, so nice lady in reception. I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is simply perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day of exploring. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very cozy. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality – it really felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi, and I’ll surely come back on my next trip. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
