Everything is perfect. The location is close to the center,really close to many georgian restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket .Nino and his family are really kind and friendly,helped us a lot with car rental ,waited for us after midnight and made us feel really comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a minimalist design, which I really appreciated. The host was polite and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. All the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. Each room includes a welcome set, kettle, mugs, a small fridge, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Private parking is available for guests, and laundry services are offered at very reasonable prices.
