Families runs the hotels, is new and clean! Rooms are big, no aircon, but cool at night in summers. Breakfast is very basic. View from the balcony is amazing! Rooms on second floor by stairs only, staff can help you to carry the luggage.

Incredible location and stunning views. Just open your eyes in the morning and look on the Kazbek mountain. Host was very nice. We extended our stay for another night. Village Gergeti is small and you should be able to drive off-road if staying here.

Best place to stay in Kazbegi with amazing view and Host is like a family member . He can be accessed anytime . Cottage is new and close to mountain and best place for horse ride in forest . Will come back in winter again .
