The host's hospitality was excellent providing a welcome pack, and allowed us to extend beyond the normal time on vacation day. The view from the large terrace is outstanding. Kitchen was full and well equipped.

Maria was lovely and the property was great, with the backgarden continuing on the beach and sea. The room was clean and both checkin and checkout were easy. Place is apx 30 min away from airport by car.

Dimitra was a kind host, the place is cute, clean and pretty,it’s perfect for cosy vacation. The place is two minutes away from the beach, there’s also a bus stop nearby. In my opinion it’s def better than a hotel. 100% recommend

Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Sofia has a cute property in Kalyves, very easy to find and well located to visit both the village and to travel to other destinations in the island. On top of that is walking distance from the beach in Kalyves (5 min away at most, I would say less). The rooms are spot on and Sofia made sure they stood very clean throughout the visit. The rooms are very nice, and they have a balcony area to stretch out and perhaps have dinner or breakfast outside (fully recommended). Finally, Sofia is a super-host, she was very kind to us all the time but, the last day of our visit she went above and beyond the call of duty. Our daughter got sick just when it was time to leave and Sofia made sure she could leave feeling better, she even came up, after realizing that our daughter had a fever, with pediatric analgesic and careful worked out instructions to dose her correctly according to weight. I cannot stress enough that she made us feel almost like being at home. We will certainly be back here if we visit the island again.

These seaside apartments are located in the picturesque village of Kalyves, only steps from the Blue Flag sandy beach of Volakas.
