A very nice little hotel in the middle of a sleepy town, we liked the proximity to the main square. Our room was tastefully decorated and we had a nice view from the balcony. The pool was a pleasant place to relax after our day trips. We loved the breakfast!

The hotel has an excellent location, looking down over Stemnitsa. It was very quiet and the host was very helpful with advice about visiting the nearby monasteries. Our initial room was small, but we were upgraded with no extra charge to a larger room with a balcony with a wonderful view of the town below. The breakfasts were excellent. It was a very pleasant short walk down to the center of the village, where there were several restaurants

Stemnitsa was by far our favourite place of our 20 day trip. Tsarbou guesthouse welcomed us and treated us like familly. Christina, the owner of the business is pure gold. The room and it’s vibe is just fantastic, especially for us who don’t really enjoy the heat during the summer months. I have only good thing to say about the business, the facilities, the breakfast and our overall experience. We’ll be back soon!
